What do I need to bring? The rental includes paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), garbage bags, coffee, soaps, shampoo, and detergents. There are hair dryers, alarm clocks, iron, and ironing board. The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, toaster, etc.
Is your pricing firm? Yes. As you can see from the pictures, this is one of the best vacation rentals for the price with more amenities than any other unit bar none. Additionally, this vacation home is not in violation of the HOA rules or CC&R's, and it is an allowable vacation rental. Be sure to check where you stay as many people have run into problems when they stay somewhere where vacation rentals are prohibited. Can I rent this for less than 3 nights? No, the minimum rental is 3 nights. There are no exceptions for weekends but we may make an exception during the week.
What is your cancellation policy - If you cancel 45 days or more prior to arrival there is an $800 charge, the balance will be refunded to you. Cancel within 45 days and there is no refund.
What is the maximum number of guests? No more than 6 people may stay at the home. This is strictly enforced.. Children do count as guests.
How do I know how to work the TV, Stereo, etc.? There is a comprehensive book including photos on how to operate everything in the home.
What are check-in and checkout times? Check-in is at 3 pm and checkout is at 11 am.
Can I get a early check-in or late checkout? It depends on the situation and whether or not another guest is before or after you. We cannot guarantee any early check-in or late check out due to the possibility of a last minute booking. We always try to accommodate a reasonable request.
Can I drop off my bags before check-in? - We can usually accommodate this request because the maids are in the home but you need to confirm with us prior to arrival.
How do I check-in? We have the check-in procedure automated, there is an electronic lock on the front door which has a unique code good only during your stay. You can even program quickly to an easy to remember number like the last 4 digits of your cell phone. The garage door opener will be on the kitchen counter. This will make your stay much easier because you will not need to worry about keys. Your code will start working at 3 pm the day of your arrival and stop a 11 am the day of your departure.
Does the home have a bath tub? Yes there is a bath tub.in the 3rd floor bedroom.
What about parkng? The home has an attached garage that will accommodate vehicles up 200 inches long(95% of vehicles). There are several parking lots located within a block which offer additional parking for a fee and there is street parking with meters as well.
Is there a pool? There is not a pool, be careful with downtown condos with a pool. It is a violation of the homeowners association rules for those to be rented less than a month, you may show up to use the pool, only to be asked to leave. If you need a pool downtown staying at a hotel is your best option.
Do you have a Pack N Play? We can provide but must be requested when booked.
Is the home childproof? No. Each parent must determine if the house is safe for their children.
